Return & Refund Policy

We always want you to be happy! If we can do better with your experience at Vanrina for any reason, please contact us. Click below to start a return.

  • Please contact us via email service@vanrina.com before returning. Please do not return packages before a returning shipping address confirmation. 
  • If any items arrive damaged or missing, let us know ASAP so we can help.
  • Final Sale & Closeout items cannot be returned.
  • Made to order items (all wedding bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, flower panels) cannot be returned once they were made. 
  • Returns made within 30 days will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Please make sure all items are in original condition with tags. With a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Vanrina.com is not responsible for return shipping charges if there's no quality issue.
  • You can send returns VIA any carrier or have the return shipping fees deducted from your refund.
  • If you have more than one box, you can combine the items into one box to return them  together.
