This is Rina, I'm the CEO of VANRINA company.  First of all, thank you for openning this link and read my words. In the last 2 years, I know life is really hard for people all over the world due to the COVID-19 virus, and I feel so sorry that there are so many people left their most loved families forever. Every time I see the news about the virus, I'm filled with a thousand regrets, I'm sad for those who passed away, I congratulated myself and my families are lucky to still alive, and I'm scared of so many difficulty that we are meeting. But I know I have to be strong and keep moving.

After the COVID-19 outbreak, there are many international flights were canceled, so the shipping time now is much longer than it before the COVID-19, and what's more, the shipping fee has increased over 2 times.  So we are under huge presure based on the high shipping cost and long shipping time. If we increased the shipping cost as the shipping company did, I know many customers will think the prices are incredible high, and we will lose many customers.  So we are trying our best to reduce our profit.  And we only hope, if the shipping time is longer than you expected, please understand, that is out of our control.  We can also ship orders via expedited shipping, but we know, that's not affordable for most people. 

And last, let me say something about the Chinese Spring Festival, due to the COVID-19, most our cooperated manufacturers are on holidays earlier than usal, so from now on till Feb 19, some of the orders may won't be shipped out until our manufacturer back to work.  But our company will still be able to ship orders out if the products are in stock, and our customer serivce will continue to work.
